Silly Pants has a problem: Unless he eats all his vegetables, he can’t go visit Grandma.
But Silly Pants HATES vegetables! No one will help him. Not Goofball his dog, not his pet fishies, not the neighbor’s cat! No one — until Silly Pants meets Sally Squirrel!

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Sometimes it’s a challenge to get our little ones to eat a healthy diet. Silly Pants is a cute picture book which will hopefully inspire kids to dig into those veggies! It was such fun to write! It also comes with a free video-book. (So, parents you can take a break from reading it over and over!)
Silly Pants sat in the kitchen with his elbows on the table. He stared at the bowl of vegetables sitting in front of him. There were bright orange carrots, red bell peppers, and deep green broccoli. They looked so cheerful. But Silly Pants was not feeling cheerful at all.
“Silly Pants, eat your vegetables,” Mommy said, as she picked up Baby Sister and set her down in her play pen.
“I HATE vegetables,” replied Silly Pants.
“Vegetables make you healthy and strong. Now hurry up and eat them because we’re going to visit Grandma soon. She’s waiting for us.”
Silly Pants was excited to see Grandma, but he was not excited about the carrots, peppers, and broccoli. He puckered his lips and crinkled his nose.
“I HATE vegetables,” he mumbled again.
After Mommy went into her office to check her email, Silly Pants got an idea. He slipped off his chair and carried his bowl of vegetables into the living room.
