ShockWaves is the first in a new fast-moving action-packed adventure trilogy.
Lee Banner has one passion, parkour; one secret, he’s telepathic; and one problem, an ex-IRA terrorist, with a thirst for revenge, has kidnapped the girl of his dreams.
Sixteen year old Lee Banner thinks he’s a daydreamer. One minute he’s watching the football, the next he’s seeing a girl in a car crash. It’s so real he can feel her fear, hear her scream. But when he meets Paige Harper, the girl from the crash, and her parents have actually been killed in a hit-and-run accident, can it really be just his over-active imagination?
And then Paige is kidnapped. Will their special connection and Lee’s parkour be enough to save her?

I am a perpetually eighteen years old YA author who lives in the wild, wet, Welsh borderlands surrounded by ruined medieval castles and Celtic mythology where I look for UFO’s amongst the stars and imagines all the people I meet have dark secrets.
When I am not inventing radical problems for my unsuspecting heroes and plotting their escape, I am a serial collector of random badly paying jobs and have never found a use for my BSc in Psychology whatsoever.
I loves sci-fi action adventures, playing the piano, believes Romeo and Juliet should have talked more and considers sarcasm to be the highest form of wit.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
The character of Lee was based on my son and his free-running friends whilst my daughter was the owner of a boy-racer Saxo complete with aftermarket bumper and neon lights.
