A Christmas book for children aged 7+
Nicola Palmer lives in a normal, semi-detached house in Warwickshire, England, writing stories for children aged 7+. She is currently working on the fourth book in the series ‘Alice Parker’s Adventures.’
After studying Modern Languages and Literature at Exeter College, Oxford, she is now pursuing her dream of writing for children full-time.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I wanted to write an uplifting story about the magic of Christmas, that would put a smile of the faces of readers young and old. The setting is a very normal suburban street, with a modern day family that has begun to lose its enthusiasm for this time of year.
Thanks to a wish made by the youngest member of the family, the sparkle of Christmas makes a dramatic return!
