After 30+ years in corporate healthcare, I am unleashing my creative side post-retirement. I have been reading to children/grandchildren for over 30 years. I especially enjoy a beautifully illustrated book that encourages little ones to explore their emotions while teaching them to handle difficult situations with grace and integrity. Some of the best conversations I have had with little ones have been initiated while reading a book. I was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, SC where I still reside with my husband, Steve. While not taking care of the knuckleheads, I enjoy gardening, exercising and basically anything outdoors.
