Submit Your Free Book Days

Use this form to submit a listing to our site for your children or young adult book that is on a free promotion or is permafree. All submissions require a listing fee as noted on the form. Unpaid listings are deleted and repeated unpaid submissions – especially for inappropriate books – will result in you be reported for spam.

  • This is the author that will appear in the title of the post next to the book name. If you are using a pen name you need to put that here. Please use normal title case and not all upper or all lower case.

  • You will be sent to PayPal after you click submit. If you are not sent to PayPal please send the payment to deborah@bookgoodies.net with the name of your book in the comments.

    Be sure your book is for Children or Young Adult under 16 audiences before you submit your free book promo or perma free book listing. New Adult is not appropriate for this site.

    Unpaid posts will not be listed on our site.

    Listing services must also pay this fee for listing books, there are no free submissions.

    Limited promotion posts will be deleted after 30 days. Permafree books will remain on the site if that option is paid for.

  • Do not include links in the description, the only links allowed are those listed below. All other links will be deleted.

  • Please be sure that books submitted to BookGoodiesKids are appropriate for ages 18 and under. If your book is intended for adults, please submit to BookGoodies site instead.
  • This is optional, but sometimes it helps readers decide to buy a book.
  • How to find your book's ASIN at Amazon. Find your book on Amazon, no matter what country site. There is a field listed in the Book Information section that is "ASIN" - that is the number we need. Do not include the ASIN: part.
  • Link to your free book on Smashwords
  • Do NOT put a link to Amazon here. That is already in the post from the ASIN you provided above.
  • This image needs to be named the title of your book without spaces and needs to be a .jpg or .png file only.
  • Is your book free for a short time or permanently free?
  • Please choose an appropriate genre category so people can find your book in searches and from the category page. Choosing the Children's Book or Young Adult without a genre will cause your book to be harder for readers to find.

    You can also post your book in our Tell Us About Your Book Category (Page will open in a new window). The posts in the free books category will be pruned once a month.

  • This is the date your free giveaway starts. Please note we require 5 business days before your book is free. Please try and schedule at least one week before your book is free. The form will fail if you try to select a date that is too soon.

    For same day free postings go to our Facebook page and post there.

    Posts that are paid by echeck will not be posted if the echeck clearing date is after the free book date.

  • This is the date your giveaway ends, if it is a one day giveaway it should be the same day that it starts. If your book is permanently free pick a date way in the future. We will delete the free dates from books in the perma free category.

  • Our Author Only newsletter will be sent to give you site updates to the BookGoodies Network of sites. It is not a high traffic list and is only for authors so we may keep you up to date on activities and opportunities from the BookGoodies.net Network.

    You will be sent an email to confirm your subscription and you may unsubscribe at any time.

  • This is a digital signature verifying that this work is yours and under your copyright, or you are the legal representative of the author.

    If you are not the author you must state your title and company name.

    We record your IP address and violators will be blocked from the site.

  • BookgoodiesKids has my permission to post this material to its own site, to NightFire Publications or other websites that are specific to the books posted. Permission extends to posting to social media owned by BookGoodies Network and NightFire Publications as well. By checking this box you also are verifying that this work is yours and under your copyright, or you are the legal representative of the author.

    We reserve the right not to publish announcements at our discretion. Our decisions are final. No public domain or plr books will accepted. Only books appropriate for children and young adults will be posted on this site.

    You will get a confirmation email whether or not you pay, but your post will not be listed without a payment.
