What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
This story was an attempt to get my finicky 3-year old to be more open-minded about food. He thought it was hilarious and it became an instant hit at bedtime. I started testing it out with different classes at school (I’m a teacher) and after about a hundred re-tellings, it settled into its final form. The positive response I got from so many kids inspired me to take it to the next level.
